Why Solar Homes?
Solar panel installation is simple, but solar panel maintenance is even simpler. Our planet contains only a limited number of resources and in order to extend its life, we can switch to solar homes. With our combined effort we can create renewable solar energy that can last for at least 25 years. However, after the solar panel installations are complete, it is important to maintain its integrity.
Maintaining Solar Panels
Our high-quality panels only need simple cleaning to make sure that dirt, dust, and leaves are not blocking the rays of the sun. Keep in mind if the solar panels are covered in heavy snow, it might require more work. But even then, our solar panels are made with tempered glass which means they can withstand against rough weather such as hail.
One of the benefits of having tilted panels specifically is that when it rains, debris can easily be washed away. When the weather is extremely dry though it will require manual cleaning. We recommend that in order to keep the health of the solar panels in check, solar panel maintenance should be performed roughly two to four times every year. Homeowners can either use a garden hose to spray down the solar panels or use a leaf blower for quick cleaning. Keep in mind to use lukewarm water if there is snow on the solar panels to avoid cracking.
Some folks may be skeptical of solar panels which is why we offer a virtual solar panel consultation to instill confidence in homeowners. All the information that a new client would need, we can provide. Educating the public on the benefits of solar energy and demonstrating its low-cost maintenance is our goal.
No matter if our panels are mounted in the ground or on a roof, it is always easy to clean. We want to provide our clients with a great source of renewable energy that requires little effort to maintain. This is why homeowners should turn their homes into solar homes and shine with pride.
